EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer within the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase of goods within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to certain exceptions.
For most purchases of goods, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.
Following withdrawal, the goods must generally be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
You may examine and handle the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If goods are handled beyond what is reasonably necessary, we may be entitled to make a deduction for any resulting loss in value.

Different rules may apply to defective or non-conforming goods.
Refunds following a valid statutory withdrawal will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Certain products and services may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal, including in circumstances prescribed by applicable law, such as certain personalised products, unsealed software and digital content where the statutory conditions for loss of the withdrawal right have been satisfied.
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Voluntary Returns
